1. My submission will be made publicly visible and viewable by anyone. 2. Submissions are subject to review before publication. Your submission will not appear immediately; we may decline to publish. 3. This submission is my own testimony or personal account, or a record of a deceased person that I am contributing as a family member or bereaved relative. 4. If my submission contains sensitive personal information — such as health consequences or medical history arising from the atomic bombings or air raids — I consent to providing that information for public disclosure. 5. I will not include the name, contact details, medical history, or details of harm of any living third party without their explicit consent. 6. I include the name or photographs of a deceased person solely as a bereaved family member, and only for the purpose of preservation and remembrance. I will not include content that dishonors the deceased or causes distress to surviving family members. 7. All photographs I upload are either owned by me or shared with the explicit permission of the rights holder. I will not upload photographs from news organizations or public archives without authorization. 8. This is not a platform for political advocacy. I will not submit content intended to promote discrimination or hatred toward any group. 9. This service does not verify the historical accuracy of individual testimonies. My submission reflects my personal memory and lived experience. 10. I may request deletion at any time — as the original submitter, a bereaved family member, or a rights holder.
